In this cause was likely to come to an agreemt with the Plf; as well as with Sahutcheram Gose, plf in another action, not yet tried, for an assault and false imprisonment, which make part of the same story. They therefore desired that the cause might be adjourned, to give time to adjust the terms of Compromise.

N.B. On 26th of Novr 1788, the cause was further adjourned to the next term for the same purpose, on the motion of Mr. Davies Adv for Plf & with consent of Mr. Sealy Advoc for Deft.
