The Ltr Sched B complaining that he has been kept out of the office of providing & feeding those cattle & has only been put in possession of part of the employmt of Mr. Griffith d 31 Aug 1782. [N.B. Col Morgan succeeded to the comd 1 Sept 1782.]

Complt further charges that Col Morgan not only kept him out of the profits of said office, but really dept the office vacant & received the profits himself.
