John Bebb v Charles Morgan.

Ever since I have heard of this cause I have always inclined to think it is impossible Mr. Bebb [ill] establish his demand as a legal or equitable demand. Possibly it might be the Duty of General Goddard first and afterward of Colonel Morgan to have obeyd the Orders of the Governor General and Council and to have appointed Mr. Bebb to the Office he demanded; it seems to me to be a disobedience of Orders that he did not put Mr. Bebb
