to be sealed and delivered by the said Dustah Gool as a true writing he the said Matruss Shawin otherwise called Matirus Shahin knowing that writing to be a false forged and counterfeited writing which said false and forged writing is in the words and figures following to wit “Know all Men by the present that I Dustah Gool of Calcutta Inhabitat am held & firmly bound unto Mr. Matruss Shawin of the same place with penal sum of Ten thousand Sicca Rupees to the [ILL] whereof well & truly to be made to the said Matruss Shawin his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these [ILL] In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal in Calcutta this seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight.
