then and there feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought did cast and throw and the same Nankee with both the Hands and feet of him the said Gopey Sing in and upon the Head Stomach Back Belly and Sides of her the said Nankee then and there feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought did strike beat and kick giving to the said Nankee as well by the striking beating bruising and battering with the Stick aforesaid as also by the casting and throwing of the said Nankee to the Ground aforesaid. And likewise by striking beating and kicking the said Nankee in and upon the Head Stomach Back Belly and Sides of her the said Nankee with both the hands and feet of him the said Gopey Sing in manner aforesaid several violent bruises of which said several mortal Bruises the said Nankee did languish and languishing did live and afterwards to with on the same Sixth day of December in the year aforesaid at Calcutta aforesaid in the Factory of Fort William in the Province of Bengal aforesaid died.
And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said Gopey Sing the said Nankee in manner and form aforesaid feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought did Kill
