From my Notes that the Charge in the Indictment is proved, for the Charge is that he persuaded Soberam to swear he saw money paid to Gopee by Biaram and Tonoo Raur. Whereas the Evidence of Soberam is, that he was persuaded to dwear as RamCunt and Nemoo should swear.

Not solicited to say as alleged in the Indictment.
Not Guilty.
The Jurors said they thought Ramnarain Misser ought to be indicted again.
