The court however, on hearing the depositions read, was of opinion that prima facie evidence had been given by Plf of Deft’s residce in in Calcutta, that the evidence given in opposition to this was such as Plf cod not easily be aware of, & that he the [ILL] shod be allow’d to give evidce in reply.
