15 Jan: 1789.
Decreed that the Defendant do pay to Complainant within six months from this day the several sums of Current rupees 7857.9.10. Current Rupees 26,136.12.6 and Current Rupees 37,549.5 amounting together to the Sum of Current Rupees 71,541.11.4. and that on failure thereof the four Company’s Bonds pledged by Deed of 16 June 1789 be sold before the master for the purpose, in the first place, of discharging the principal sum of 22,596 CRs and 3538 Crs 12.6 due for interest thereon making together CR 26,134.12.6 after payment whereof the surplus, if any, shall be applied for and towards the payment of the before mentioned sum of CRs 37,549.5 in and of security for the same, and to supply any deficiency which may happen therein on the sale of Mortgaged pre=
