Mr. Newman, Advocate for the Plaintiffs, Stated in the Opening that Holland and Hunter were Attornies to transact the affairs of Mrs. Mappletoft, who went to England soon after the first Action against her as Executrix of Sheilds by Thomas Gordon was commenced, and before the judgment in that Cause, and before consequently before any return of Nulla Bona in that Action; and long before the commencement of the Action against her as Executrix of Sheilds
