Miss Charlotte Webb’s Case.

[Triple Line]
Mr. Newman, Moved that the Court would Grant the Custody of Miss Charlotte Webb, and the care of her Fortune to Mr. Evans, the Husband of Miss Webb’s Sister Caroline.
Mr. Newman, Moved this on the Clause of the Charter giving authority to this Court to Grant the Custody of Lunaticks, and on two affidavits, One by Mr. Daniel Campbell, who is the Senior Chirurgeon in the Service of the Company and the other of Mr. James Stark, another Chirurgeon resident here.
The Court were unanimously, all three Judges, of Opinion that this was not the Proper Mode of application, and that Mr. Newman must take nothing by his Motion.
