therefore requested to examine the Papers (bearing the signatures) of Sree Ramsoonder Bose & Sree Gungadhur Mojoondaur, as also omissions, Errors, Repetitions, Differences which may exist, when, whatever you shal say (i.e. Decide) examining also as to the Interest, and Law Charges, I will abide by the same. Should I not abide by your decision and Complain to the Court, such Complaint is void. Whatever sum you should determine to be due to the Saha’s I will cause to be paid them by Sree Ramgobind Mitter and Sree Neelmoney Mitter, should they not pay the money to the Saha’s. To this Purport I execute this agreement the year 1197. Date 30th August 17th Bhauder.

We Sree Ramgobind Mitter and Sree Nilmonee Mitter write. – The time limited in this agreement has expired, we therefore make a further limitation of fifteen days from this day. – The 11th Assin the year 1197.
