Mem: On another day in this Cause, It was Order’d that the Defendant Maseyk should be discharged on common Bail on his giving Security to the Satisfaction of the Court in the Sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rupees, to abide the Decree in the Equity Cause, and on his confessing a Judgment in the Action at Law on the Bond; and that on this being done the Plaintiff Colonel Martin should be restrain’d by injunction from taking out Execution on the judgment untill hearing
