The Evening: Then it was proposed by the Court, and consented to by the Advocates on Each side Mr. Hare for the Prosecutor and Mr. Brix for the Defendant that this Trial should be adjourned will to morrow Morning and that he Jurors should go home to their several Houses.
On the Court requiring Fuckeirchunder Ghose to find new securities to appear in Court to morrow, or else that he should be in Prison.
