Abetting that Murder, and Ramgovind Metre was charged with having commanded that Murder on the 28th day of February in the Year 1779.
The Indictment is No. 14.
On this Indictment Ramgoving Metre had this day surrendered himself into Custody of the Sheriff on a discharge of a Recognizance which Ramgovind had entered into before Sir E. Impey Chief Justice on the 17th day of July 1781.
Ramgoving was bound in Two Hundred Thousand Sicca Rupees and each of his Securities in One Hundred Thousand.
