The Plaintiff in this Case was driven to a Demurrer because it was impossible to reply to the Plea. I say there is nothing in this Plea that could be traversed.
Watson v Share, page 654 in the Term Reports, that is, the Reports of Durnford and East, is expressly for me, that if the year of the Statute is wrongly stated the Court will not take notice of the Statute intended to have been stated.
