sign’d C. Fenwick. This is I beleive all Mr. Fenwick’s writing.

Cross examined
I have sometimes seen writing very like Mr. Fenwick’s. X look at A, & believe it to be his writing, signature and all.
compare it & D, & persist in thinking it signed by Mr. Fenwick. I look at Y and do not believe either the body or signature to be his writing. The separate paper has a direction which I think is Mr. Fenwick’s.
The words interlined (being [ILL] hands) are like Mr. Fenwick’s. they may have been written by another. I have no reason for believing them written by Mr. Fenwick.
