Ramcaunt Bhor) I look at the paper marked A. It is in my handwriting. I wrote it in the name of Sree Kishno Parry by the desire of the prisoner (1197) I wrote it on 15th of last Agran (1197) in Calcutta. I was then & am still in the service of one Jeetamun Doss. Prisr brought with him called me into his house, as I was passing by, & sd Pray, write a paper for me. he brought pen, ink, and paper & said – write what I dictate – He then dictated what I wrote on the paper A. One Jagannat’h sercar was present: he lives in the prisoner’s house. he desired me to write the name of Sree Kishno Parry. I said, where is he? Prisoner said, “Never mind: write his name” He then desired me to write the names of witnesses on the back – He named Surup Singh as a witness, & I wrote the name Surup Sing. I asked where He was? Prisr sd “Never mind, write “I then refused to write any more names; & Jagannat’h wrote the names of two other witnesses, [ILL]
