did in the presence of the said Mirza Ghyrat Beg Shaic Tulah Ayar the preceptor of the Children of the said Mirza Ghyrut Beg and other persons and when finished this Deponent presented it to the said Mirza Ghyrut Beg And this Deponent further saith that he this Deponent did on the Twenty third day of February last accompany William Jackson Esquire the Attorney for the United Company of Merchants of England trading to the East Indies and for the other Complainants in this Cause to the office of William Chambers Esquire the Keeper of the Records and Muniments of this Court and did then and there see and inspect a certain paper written in the Persian Language bearing date the Eleventh day of Ramzaun in the Eighteenth year of the Reign of Shaw Allum, and which paper this Deponent was then and there informed by the said William Jackson and which information he this Deponent believes to be true, was exhibited in the honourable Court on or about the seventh or eighth day of December in the year 1778 of the
