Christian Are marked with the Letter P and yet remains as an Exhibit amongst other papers Depositions and Exhibit remaining of Record in this honourable Court belonging or appertaining to a certain cause heretofore depending in and tried before Sir Elijah Impey Knight then Chief Justice and his Companions then Justices of this honourable Court in which Nauderah Begum the Defendant in this Cause was Plaintiff and Behader Beg, Kazee Sahdee, Mufte Burkut Ullah, and Mufti Goolam Muckdoom wore Defendants – And this Deponent saith that the said paper is marked P. and shewn to and seen and inspected by him this Deponent and the whole of the Persian writing in the body of the said Paper is of the proper hand writing of this Deponent and that the said paper so marked P is the same identical fair Copy of the said draft of a Deed or paper called Ekraur Aum herein before spoken of and that the same was written by this
