said Shah baz beg Khan in his life time of all the Estate Effects and Property of him the said Shah baz beg Khan in favour of the said Nauderah Begum were by no means what they were said to be, but, that the same had been composed written and produced by or by the means and contrivance of the said Cojah Zekeriah, and the said Nauderah Begum or by some person or persons at his her or their instigation after the death of the said Shah baz beg Khan for unlawful and current purposes He this Deponent positively and peremptorily refused to affix or suffer to be affixed, his seal or any attestation in his name to the said papers or either of them respectively.
