within the knowledge or conception of this Defendt such Futwah or Decree (if ever made and passed and corresponding with such report) appearing to the best Judgement of this Defendant to be contrary to all Law and proper principles whatever, nor does this Defendant admit or believe that such Futwah or Judicial Decree (if ever made and passed) was so made or passed upon an attention and full consideration of the Evidence on both sides, and in the faithful and conscientious discharge of o their respective duties, as Majestrates or Judicial officers of Government, as in the said Bill of Complaint is alledged, but on the contrary this Defendt denies all and every such allegations to be true, for the reasons herein at full setofrth.
