that the Hebanama and Ekrauraum, as also the Mohurnamah, or Marriage Settlement, by which this Defendant was said to claim as aforesaid or some or one of them (but whether all or which of them this Defendt does not know) had been forged by this Defendt herself or by some persons or person for this Defendt, or under her influence, and at her instigation, subsequent to the death of the said Shabaz Beg Khan, for the purpose of preventing the Complainant Behader Beg from inheriting or succeeding, either in [spite?] of himself or of his Father Allum Beg, to the property and possession of the said Shaaz Beg Khan deceased, and that the whole thereof might be secured to this Defendant, but whether the said Provincial Council or any or either of the Members thereof ever actually and bona fide entertained such suspicions or not, or (if so entertained) whether the same were entertained at or immediately after making and passing the aforesaid alledged orders and Futwah, or decree, mentioned in the Bill so to have been passed, or at what time in particular, they or any or either of them might have entertained such suspicions, this Defendt doth not know, nor can this Defendt
