in the said Bill of Complaint might on or about the said 31st day of Jany in the said year 1777 (as in the said Bill of Complt for such purpose mentioned have been presented to the said Provincial Council by the said Complt Behader Beg. And that the said Provincial Council or some or one of the Numbers thereof might have resolved to comply with and grant the requests in each Petition made because this Defendt was informed by one Zulficar Khan that the said Cauzee and Muftees had demanded the Sunnuds or Title Deeds of the said Ultumgaw Lands late of the said Shabaz Beg Khan deceased and which Sunnuds were in the possession of this Defdt and which this Defdt admits she refused to deliver up to any persons or person whatever because this Defdt was informed they would be delivered to the Complt Behader Beg and because this Defdt did conceive and is now advised and
