the several matters herein at large setforth this Defendt is advised and believes the truth to bem and that so it will appear, that the many circumstances mentioned in the said Bill of Complaint of the said Complainants and pretended and alledged to have arisen against the aforesaid several persons so apprehended and to have given ground for suspecting that such several persons were respectively concerned in such pretended forgery, were so pretended and alledged against such several persons falsely and unjustly and for wicked and malicious purposes, and to defraud this Defendt of her property and just rights and claims. And this Defendt further answering admits that she has been informed and believes that the several matters and things contained in such summary or report, so delivered by the said Cauzee and Muftees to the said Provincial Council of Patna as aforesaid, were by the said Council or some or one of the Members thereof, but when this Defendt cannot setforth, ordered to be carried into Execution. And this Defendt says that she believes a representation or Petition to some such or the like purport and effect as setforth
