have amounted to a much larger Sum of Money than this Defendant can possibly receive by means of the Execution so had against the several Defendants to such Action as aforesaid and by the payment of the amoung of the Bond which the said Complainants have by their said Bill prayed the Injunction of this Honourable Court to restrain this Defendant from proceeding on And this Defendant therefore denies that the said two Deeds or Instruments were or contained the whole Sole and entire foundation of the Claim which this Defendant made upno the Estate and Effects of the said Shabaz Beg Khan deceased as in the said Bill of Complaint is falsely alledged and Setforth And this Defendant says that She has been informed and believes that the Complainant Behader Beg (and his Confederates as aforesaid) has endeavoured to Substantiate his aforesaid Claim and to defeat just right and Claims of this Defendant to the property of her deceased Husand by one Set of Witnesses at Patna by a Set of fresh Witnesses on the trial of the said Action at Law, by a third set upon the aforesaid Indictment and now by an attempt to procure other Persons to depose to pretended Circumstancces for the purpose of obtaining the Injunction prayed for ini and by the said Bill of Complaint as aforesaid And this Defendant further says that the said Enayet Ullah Beg, Cauzee Moazum Beg and Hadjee Mohammed Ewaz three of the Several Subscribing Witnesses as aforesaid to the said Deeds or Instruments
