There was the China Ware in the China House, whic consisted of Plates and Vessels of China. In one apartment there were three or four hundred and could not be more than four hundred, the Looking Glasses were all about a foot and a half Square except two very [ILL]. There were dishes of Glass, hung up to put Candles in, one large [ILL] and four, five or six small ones. One of the Branches of the large [ILL] was broke and Shah Baz Beg Khan gave five hundred rupees to have it repaired. Good God, elegant! So much so that Shah Baz Beg Khan said he would send them as a present to the King of England. There were Setteringes; I saw no Tents; There were Papers; One Sicar’s Bill of Exchange in favour of the Gomastah of Cashmeery Mull, to remit the money of Shah Baz Beg Khan.
I
