On the Evening of the second day of taking the Inventory all this passed, this was the day on which they finished the Inventory. The Plaintiff’s objections, when the defendant Saady sent to her to appoint a Person on her part, were that she did not consent to their Proceedings, and asked whether this was a contrivance to get her consent, and therefore she sent them the seal and desired them to appoint whom they pleased.
