no one”. The Plaintiff said that she objected to all their Proceedings as they were illegal and oppressive. The Plaintiff did not argue about it, but said generally that the proceedings were illegal. The Cazy Saady (the defendant) put th Seal in his pocket and kept the Paper, saying, now it is done; I did not agree to it and, if the Plaintiff appointed me her Vakeel, why was the Paper not giving to me? The defendant Mufty Makhdoom put the Plaintiff’s Seal upon the doors, and then put it into [ILL] Pocket. I was present the whole Time from the Cazy Saadt (the defendant’s) first coming till the seals were put on the doors. There were no things taken from the time of their first coming till the Time of sealing the doors up, excepting the Cloths the deceased had on him at the time of his death which are usually given to the Poor and I gave them away.
