Cojah Zaccariah cross-examined.
I did not think obedience was right, but I thought that if any body refused to obey trouble would come to him.
The defendants, when they came to the Plaintiff’s House, they did not send into the Begum about appointing any Person on her behalf, but the second or third Time, after a great part of the Inventory was made, they consulted together an the Cazy sent a Person to the Plaintiff to desire her to appoinit some one to be present while they wrote the remainder of the Inventory.
I do not remember that Nawal Sing or Neiah Ally were present the first time and wrote any Inventory. I know them very well they were towards to Shah Baz Beg KHan. I was present the first Time and saw Nawal Sing and Neiaz Ally come and go from the Plaintiff’s but did not see them make any Inventory: I do remember the second day of taking the Inventory that the Dewan of the defendant Cazy saady said either to Nawal
