Cojah Zaccariah cross examined.

Sing or Neiaz Ally (I don’t rememberwhich) that he had better take a Copy of what was written it might be of use; but I do not remember that he did. One day they (the defendants) came and took an Inventory and I did not see either Nawal Sing or Neiaz Ally, but the second time, one of them took a Copy of the Inventory, I don’t know which.
The first time that they came I gave no order to take an Inventory I never gave such an order.
I saw no Inventory in the hands of any of the Plaintiff’s Servants; within these four or five or eight or ten days, I have seen in the hands of the Plaintiff’s Vakeel an Inventory. I do not know when it was taken.
I meant Budde ul deen when I said the Plaintiff’s Vakeel. I did not act as a Muttulluck Vakeel to the Plaintiff. When the Cazy Saady (the defendant) sent to the Plaintiff for a Person to be
