Cojah Zaccariah Re-examined for the Plaintiff.

The original Grant of which I gave a Copy to the Cazy was with the Plaintiff. The names of the two Papers were Hebah Nameh and Ekrar Aam. The Paper of which I spoke first is the Hebah Nameh, and the Ekrar Aam I had a Copy take of by the Mufty Jewel. I gave a Copy of the Hebah Nameh to the Cazy. I gave the Cazy a Copy of both.
What I said with regard to the Copy which had the Seals of Seid Ahmed Khan, Mirza Gheirut Beg, Innaiet Ullah Beg and my own was mistakenly taken down, I sent that Copy to Cabul. It was another Copy of theHebah Nameh that I gave to the Cazy, which I took myself from the original, that which was sent to Cabul was from a Copy in the Hands of Neiaz Ally, the Munshey of Shah Baz Beg Khan. That Copy which I sent to Cabul was a Copy which I took from a foul draft of the Hebah Namehwhich fould draft I found in the Hands of Neiaz Ally the Munshy of Shah Baz Beg KHan [ILL]
