see them and I delivered to him the said Copies of the Hebah Nameh and Ekrar Aam. The Cazy Saady demanded the originals but the Plaintiff refused to deliver them up. The defendant Cazy Saady came another day and asked again for the originals, and on their being refused said they were Forgeries, upon which Zulficar Ally, the Vakeel of Bahadur Beg the defendant, cried out that it was a Forgery, that it was written after the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan and that the seal of Seid Ahmed Khan was affixed to it. This I understand was reported to the Council, I was called thither and imprisoned; prove the Prison I was brought with the other four Witnesses, that had been imprisoned with me, and I was brought alone into the Council room, where were sitting Mr. Droz, Mr. Law, Mr. Young and Mr. Bird, the defendants were also there.
