or six days after his decease to which I had the Seals affixed and sent to Cabul to satisfy my Relations there, but the Copy which I gave the Cazy I took from the original after the dispute began. There were no seals to that Copy which I gave the Cazy.
I desire to be heard on this subject, as I have been falsely accused, I desire to represent it, and if it does affect my life let it. I wish to have that which I am about to say understood, and if it affects my life, be it so; but I am cleared by it then let those who falsely imprisoned me to punished. After the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan I, knowing that he had made over all his Effects to the Plaintiffs, procured from Seid Neiaz Ally the foul draft of the Hebah nameh which foul draft had existed in the life time of Shah Baz Beg Khan and took a Copy of it and had the Seals of Seid Ahmed KHan, Mirza Gheirut Beg and Mirza Inaiet Ullah Beg as well as my own affixed to it.
