the Hebbanama is made in the Life time of the Donor, But in the Iekraram even that is not necessary. I did not put the seal of Shah Baz Beg Khan to any Copy I would have been like an ass or a fool to have don so. From my Birth to this day I was never in Possession of the seal of Shah Baz Beg KHan. There is a great similitude in Hand writing. I did not see it wrote, I do not know whose writing I am of a certain opinion that Neeaz Ally wrote to tthis Paper Exhibit N. In the Foujdarry before the Kazee he acknowledged it to be his Hand writing and I know that he used to Copy the Law Papers of Shah Baz Beg Khan, I did not see either of the Papers Exhibits N and P written – Exhibit P. It is some thing like the Handwriting of Neaz Ally but I do not think it is his. One of the two was enough for my Purpose to send to Cabool had I been a Forgerer I should written both.

Who wrote the writing which the seals – what is wrote above my own seal & that of Ghirit Beg in the Hibbanama and Exhibit N I remember writing myself but the other three I do not remember writing, I am sure that the above the seal of Meagum Beg is not mine that a round ullah is not my writing. Q: You must know your own hand writing. Answer is ye. Hand writg yes or no. A. It is not, It not in my memory that it is I do not remember it. if it is, my Hand writing it may be so.
Q. You must know your hand writing you need not look at it so frequently. Ansr if it is, it may be I do not recollect it, if it may be, it may be, I do not recollect it
