2d Decr} 2d Deposition of Meer Khan.

Meer Khan Witness for the Plaintiff being duly sworn, deposeth. I know the Parties. The third day after the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan, in the month of Zacaida in the Bengal year 1183, the defendant Cazy Saady and several others came.
The defendant Cazy Saady, Gholaum Makhdoom, Mufty Kereem Ullah and Mufty Burkut Ullah or his Brother, I don’t know which, in the Month of Zecaida about two years ago, came to the House of the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff order’d the door to be shut, this was about thirteen or fourteen days after the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan. The defendants then sent a Message to the Plaintiff that it was the order of the Council and must be obeyed, the Plaintiff desired me to go and acquaint the defendant, Saady, that all the Effects belonged to her, no body has anything to do with them. The defendant Bahadur was present at this time.
