the defendants Saady returned with Mufty Makhdoom, Mufty Burkut Ullah, and Mufty Kereem Ullah. I am sure that the defendant Burkut Ullah was this time present and not his Brother, the defendant Cazy Saady’s dewan, Anunderam, was also present and two or three Persons. All four of the defendants came to the House and said they wanted to examine the Seals they had before put on. They went and examined the Seals after which they considered together, they then desired me to go to the Plaintiff and tell her they wanted to examine the apartment where she was, upon which she said “I will, ny no means suffer them to come into my apartment, if I was to lose my life I would not suffer them, they have already taken from me my House.” Upon receiving this message from me she made great lamentations; I delivered the Plaintiff’s answer to the dependants, the defendant Cazy Saady, and the three Muftys above=
