Upon this the defendant Cazy said “if the Plaintiff will not consent to our going in to the apartment we must use force.” Upon hearing this I went in to the Plaintiff and advised her with her attendants rather to leave the apartments than expose their Persons to the sight of the defendants.
Then the defendant Saady swore by the Koran that he would only go for a few Moments into the apartment in order to search. The Plaintiff accordingly left the apartment with her attendants to the back part of the same House, upon this the defendants Cazy Saady and Mufty Burkut Ullah fastened the door with the lock and sealed it up, it was done by one or more of the defendants they were all present; there were other outhouses in the same Compound where Bahadur Beg the defendant
