I am in the company’s service & know the Prosecutor well. I was collector of Rajashahe appointed in October 1789, & continued till 30 Sept. 1791. In the months of April On the 11 April 1790, I left Moradbaug, & went to Nattore, where I arrived on the 13th of that month. From that day to the end of May 1790, (and to the 30 Sept. 1791) I resided at Nattore. The prosecutor I first saw at the beginning of Dec. 1789: [ILL] the 7th or 8th I knew afterwards, that He was a Talookdar in my district & I recollect the man perfectly. When I removed to Nattore. I left the Prosecutor at Moraud baug & he arrived at Nattore 4 or 5 days after me, that is, on
