Subuant Surmana – about that time Mr. Geraud desired him to find out the prisoner – when he came to the office he got out the [ILL] he was accompanied by a Mussulman call’d Fyzoolah and another man call’d [Choosac?] – who told [me?] he belonged to Meer Nuzzam o Deen – Prisoner was present, who sayd also, he was the servant of Meer Nuzzam o Deen – Witness saw Meer Nuzzam o Deen after the present Indictment was found – witness went to point him – cannot now say where he is – Mr. Geraud desired him to use diligence to find him – but he could not – went to his house – saw two or three Servants – but not himself – Mr. Geraud desired the [witness] to find out the Prisoner he did so – and at last found – he asked him why he did not go to Mr. Geraud – he answer’d because Mr. [Geraud?] was very angry with him
