Cross examined
Saw Fyzoolah two or three times about the time of issuing the [ILL] – did not see Meer Nuzzam o Deen before the Bank [Warrant?] issued – saw him between when he was pointed out to witness by Fyzoolah – Fyzoolah did not then know that there was a warrant against himself – [ILL] does not know why the prisoner sayd that Mr. Geraud was angry with him.
