There were some common motions, and no time for Bail. During these the Printed Covenants were produced and shewn by Mr. William Chambers, the Principal Interpreter of the Court and brother of Sir Robert Chambers, to the Cheif Justice and by him handed about the Court and to me. These were Covenants which had been printed in England with Blanks only for the names of the Several Persons to whom they were to be tender’d to be sign’d seal’d and deliver’d
