Return he was let out on Security, and afterward on the Return was discharged by Order of Mr. Justice Lemaistre and Mr. Justice Hyde. [Note. This was on the 26th of August 1777, the day of Mr. Uvedale was appointed Clerk of the Crown, from which Office he was turn’d out by Impey and Chambers in the fourth Term 1777.]
