Nyan Nuga, was sworn.
The General Purport of his Evidence was that though the name of Rogonaut was used he always consider’d Rada Cunt as the real person, using the name of Rogonaut.

Mr. Sealey, Advocate for the Plaintiff: Admitted that the Farm now in question was before the late Act of Parliament, of 13th of George the third, chapter the Sixty Third, under the Management of the late President and Council, and now is under the Management of the Present Governor-General and Council.
