Readily assented to this proposition of detaining the Prisoner untill the next Session provided it was clear the Court had a right to defer the Trial from this Session to the next, instead of now determining on the Insufficiency of the Indictment.
But the Prosecutor Mr. Wilson was an Officer in the Service of the Company and had
