An Action for Assault and Wrongful Imprisonment.

This was One of the Causes carried on by the Attorney for the Paupers, and Institution about a year old.
The Plaintiff though he now is obliged to sue as a Pauper, did, at the time the Assault which is the present cause of Action was made, possess a part of a very considerable Zemindary, derived to him from his Father, his share of Revenue which he paid to Government was Nine Thousand Five Hundred Rupees a year. (The defendant was Oodaar, that is security for the payment of the Revenue.) The defendant sent for the Plaintiff who told the defendant he owed him fifteen Thousand Rupees for so much he had paid
