Mr. Tilghman, Moved in two Ejectment causes, on the Petition of the Tenant in Possession, Nornarain Metre, that he might be admitted to defend instead of the Casual Ejector, and might be at Liberty to Plead to the Jurisdiction of the Court, as well as Not Guilty.
In other respects the petition was nearly in the usual form.
The title of the Cause, as I write those Titles, is, or rather will be at the Trial, when the New Plaint has been filed,
