Bindabun Doss: is Defendant
in support of a Rule to shew Cause why an Injunction to stay proceedings untill answer and further Order, in some actions on Bonds, brought by Chowdranny against Mr. Keighley as Administrator of her late Husband, should not be made absolute.
Mr. Newman, In Order to shew that execution ought to be stay’d by Injunction, stated that Mr. Keighley had now made an affidavit, that allowing for all the bonds given by Mr. Keighley to Bindabun, Bindabun was at the time of his Death indebted to Keighley in the General Balance of accounts as his Banyan, 31,701 Rupees, and also as he thinks, is justly indebted in 20,000 Rupees and upward for which Mr. Keighley had
