Mr. Tolfrey. I carried to him the Translation about two days after. Mr. Tolfrey asked if all the particulars were in that translation. I said yes. As I asked Ghulam Ashref to state his case on paper Bengali and the Arzi being translated into English which translation I had, I therefore supposed the English contained all the particulars. I never said my master Ghulam was a poor man [&?] could not bear a lawsuit to Mr. Tolfrey or any one else. I [twice?] applied to Mr. Tolfrey to go on and I supplied him with money.
After I had paid him 8 gold mohurs, he had received money from Gower Hery Seit, 7 after that he never applied to me for money.
