he sits with the Committee at their meetings, he countersigns all orders on the Khalsa [hearings?] for money, being 1st signed by the President or acting President of the Committee & the [accountant?] General of the the Revenue Department, he also sits with President or Acting President at Khalsa, on the intermediate days between the meetings of Committee, for the enforcing of Collections, he also prepares all orders that are to be sent to the Moffusil either Persian or Bengally.
