On a Motion for Judgment as in Case of a Non-Suit, for not going on to Trial in due time according to the Rules of this Court, It was Order’d, that in future, a Rule to Shew Cause should always issue, before an absolute Rule for Judgment as in Case of a Non-Suit.
There were very few Motions, and the Court did not sit above half an hour.
